Make the most out of "First Impressions" - keep in mind...clean, box up and remove.
Step 1: Clean doorways of dust, splashes on walls, etc.
Step 2: Box up the clutter so everything has a place. You are moving so think of this as your head start on the packing detail. (Do not leave boxes in the room...start stacking or shelving in the garage.) Buyers will alway overlook boxes in the garage but when they see them throughout the house they tend to wonder about storage.
Step 3: Always have your best foot forward when a potential buyer is coming to view their new home.
